Welcome to my little space on the the world-wide web, Design-Concepts.net. My name is Dwight Joseph, however I go by Joe. I started Design Concepts in May of 1990. This is my second career as I have already retired from another position after 30 years of service. I am married, have two grown children and five grandchildren. I live on a small lake, Buckeye Lake, in Ohio and have a third story studio that has a view you wouldn’t believe. I love what I am doing now as I have always been an artist and wanted a career where I could use my talents as an artist, however things don’t always work out the way we want.
My father had artistic abilities, my aunt was a greeting card designer, my son is a cartoonist and my daughter is a creative writer. I have been very fortunate in that 80% of my business comes by word of mouth. I love what I am doing and try to provide a one stop shop from start to finished product. My philosophy is to provide a quality product so that I have a satisfied client who will recommend me or will give me repeat business. If you don’t like the finished product, you pay nothing.
I have tried to present a range of samples that represent my style and show the quality of work I perform.
